SmartThings Minoston Mini Z-Wave Smart Plugs Set-Up (2021)
This video will show you how to install the Minoston Mini Z-Wave Smart Plugs into SmartThings. Smart plugs should be one of the first items that you buy for your smart home because they can make anything that plugs in smart and they are very cost-effective considering their versatility and can also act as a repeater to strengthen the mesh network of your smart home.
We will be installing 3 different Minoston Mini Z-Wave Smart Plugs. One will be just a basic On/Off Smart Plug, One will be On/Off with power metering and the last will be On/Off with dimming. Below is where you can find the custom device handlers that are required to get all of the functions out of these Minoston Mini Z-Wave Smart Plugs.
Once you have installed the custom device handlers you will be able to include the Minoston Mini Z-Wave Smart Plugs into SmartThings and start using your Minoston Mini Z-Wave Smart Plugs to make any dumb device that plugs in a little smarter.
