Q: How to operate if my phone is not able to connect the wifi?
A: Please make sure:
1.The distant of the router and the feeder is less than 8M without any obstacle;
2.The wifi name and password are correct;
3.If all information is correct, please press the “Set” button on the feeder around 5 seconds till the “Link” stops flash and to steady light to reset and connect.
4.”Link” fast flash: Prepare for connecting;
“Link” slow flash: Connecting;
“Link” steady light: Connect successfully.

Q: What if the APP always shows as “Connection Timeout”?
A: 1. Check if the “Link” is steady light, if so, please make sure the 2.4G wifi works well.
2. Check and make sure the location of the APP and feeder are – the same country.
