Description

Pair a SYLVANIA LIGHTIFY ZigBee Contact and Temperature sensor to your ZigBee smart hub and enjoy simple, hands-free lighting control. Easily set rules to automate your lighting by choosing a device, group, or scene that activates when doors and windows are opened or closed. Monitor room temperature remotely with the integrated temperature sensor and trigger scenes based on comfort level or integrate with other compatible smart thermostats and plugs to turn on fans. This sensor is intended for indoor use only and mounts using the attached adhesive tape. Battery included (CR 2). 

What You Need to Get Started

1. SMART+ ZigBee LED Light
2. LIGHTIFY ZigBee Contact and Temperature Sensor
3. Smartphone
4. Compatible ZigBee Smart Home Hub
5. Optional: Amazon Echo or Google Home smart speaker for voice control

A compatible ZigBee hub is required to control this sensor. Pair your sensor to a compatible ZigBee hub such as SmartThings (Device Handler required. See Installation Manual below) or LIGHTIFY.
Set notifications to remind you when windows and doors are left open or turn your lights on and off as doors or opened and closed.
Use the integrated temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in a room. Create an automation to adjust your smart thermostat or turn on a smart plug to cool down the room with a fan. (Compatible ZigBee hub and other ZigBee smart devices required.)
Can be mounted to doors, cabinets, windows, and more with included adhesive tape. For indoor use only. Battery included (CR 2450).
The OSRAM LIGHTIFY Gateway is not required when using a different compatible ZigBee hub. ZigBee smart sensors will not pair directly to voice control devices such as an Amazon Echo Dot or Google Home.
