We will use a Samsung SmartThings Multipurpose Sensor to sense when the laundry cycle starts using vibration and the open and close capabilities of the Samsung SmartThings Multipurpose Sensor. Then we will use the SharpTools Rule Engine to create a seamless rule that will work every time with no false alarms using logic and the new SharpTools variables. Once your SharpTools rule is created all you need to do is laundry and the notifications will just work forever. You will wonder how you did it before your washer and dryer were smart.
